Скумбрия в духовке-простой рецепт.
Привет всем любителям вкусной рыбы, а именно такой как скумбрия. Хочу поделиться с вами простым и в то же время прекрасным рецептом приготовления скумбрии в духовке. Готовится очень легко, просто и конечно же со своей изюминкой, и своей ароматикой.
Ингредиенты:
- Скумбрия — 2 шт.
Для маринада:
- Сметана — 1 ст.л.
- Кетчуп классический — 1 ст.л.
- Горчица — 1 ст.л.
- Паприка сладкая — 1/2 ч.л.
- Смесь перцев — по вкусу
- Розмарин — маленькая щипотка
- Соль — по вкусу
- Масло растительное — 1 ч.л
- Сок лимона или лайма — 1 ч.л.
Приготовление:
1. В первую очередь приготовим маринад. Для этого в любую ёмкость помещаем все необходимые для этого ингредиенты: сметана, кетчуп, горчица, смесь перцев, розмарин, паприка, соль, сок лимона или лайма, растительное масло и перемешиваем до однородности.
2. Берём заранее подготовленное филе скумрии и выкладываем на застеленый пергаментной бумагой противень, мясок к верху. Смазываем хорошо каждое филе скумбрии приготовленным нами маринадом.
3. Разогреваем духовку до 220° — 230° и отправляем в неё рыбу на 7-10 минут.
После недолгих наших стараний — результат ошеломляющий.
