
Всем привет дорогие друзья. Хочу поделиться с вами рецептом очень вкусного ужина, который готовится очень легко и очень просто. Для этого нам понадобятся простые продукты.
Ингредиенты:
- Курица копченая — 500 г.
- Грибы шампиньоны — 400 г.
- Лаваш круглый — 1 лист
- Сметана — 2 ст. л.
- Яйца куриные — 4 шт.
- Сыр твердый — 150-200 г.
- Лук зеленый — непольшой пучок
- Перец черный молотый по вкусу
- Соль по вкусу
Приготовление:
1. Берём помытые и очищенные грибы среднего размера нарезаем их полукольцами. Затем отправляем их в сковороду без подсолнечного масла и тушим их в собственном соку до испарения всей жидкости.
2. Пока грибы тушатся, берем куриное копченое бедро без шкуры и нарезаем небольшими кубиками.
3. Нам понадобится круглая форма. Стелим в неё в виде корзиночки лаваш и во внутрь на дно отправляем порезаное мясо. Выравниваем его по всей плоскости равномерно и ровненько.
4. Почти готовые грибы перчим, солим, перемешиваем и даем им готовиться ещё буквально минут пять, чтоб испарилась вся жидкость.
5. Теперь нам понадобится приготовить заливку для пирога. В посудину со сметаной вбиваем 4 яйца и добавляем мелко нарезанный зеленый лук. Перемешиваем до однородной массы.
6. Когда шампиньоны будут готовы, выкладываем их равномерно в форму сверху мяса и заливаем все это нашей вкуснейшей заливочкой.
7. Все это присыпаем натертым твердым сыром и отправляем в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку на 12-15 минут.
Вкусный пирог на ужин готов.
