Доброго времени суток. Сегодня хочу поделиться с вами интереснейшим рецептом приготовления скумбрии и я уверен что этот рецепт оценят все ваши знакомые. Такая скумбрия в помидорном рассоле получается максимально вкусная.
Засаливать скумбрию будем на помидорном рассоле — это очень вкусно и обалденно.
Ингредиенты:
- Скумбрия — 3 шт.
- Помидорный рассол — 550 мл.
- Кориандр целый — 1 ч.л.
- Черный перец горошком — 1 ч.л.
- Сахар — 1 ст.л.
- Соль — 3 ст.л. без горки
- Вода — 500 мл.
- Сук репчатый — 3 шт. средние
Приготовление рассола:
1. Наливаем в ёмкость наш помидорный рассол и поочерёдно начинаем добавлять туда все специи: кориандр, черный перец горошком, сахар, соль и добавляем 500 мл. воды.
2. Включаем нагрев и доводим до температуры 50 градусов. Нагреваем рассол для того чтобы раскрылись наши специи и растворился сахар и соль, затем даём рассолу остыть.
Пока рассол остывает, займёмся приготовлением скумбрии.
Приготовление скумбрии:
1. Лук очищаем и нарезаем кольцами.
2. Нарезаем скумбрию стейками, косточку не удаляем. Если кто не любит смактовать кости, можете разрезать рыбу на филе, но я предпочитаю посмаковать обсмактывая косточки.
Солю всегда скумбрию в банке — это получается очень удобно и невероятно вкусно.
3. Помещаем нашу рыбу в бутыль, выкладывая слоями. Первым слоем должен быть лук, а затем скумбрия и так чередуем слои до самого верха. Сверху можете наложить хороший слой оставшегося лука.
5. Последним шагом в приготовлении этого блюда будет то, что выложив всю рыбу слоями с луком в бутыль мы заливаем это всё нашим остывшим рассолом и отправляем его в холодильник на 12 часов.
